Delivery in India

Orders are packed after payment verification or COD confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on the customer PIN code and courier availability.

Returns

Handmade item policy

Because many items are handmade or limited stock, returns should be reviewed case by case. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported with photos soon after delivery.

Payments

UPI, bank transfer, COD

For prepaid orders, customers should enter the UPI or bank transfer reference. Orders should be shipped only after payment is verified.
