Returns
At AARVIA, every product is carefully selected and packed with love. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and unwashed, have all original tags attached, be in its original packaging, and not show any signs of wear or damage.

- Clearance or sale items, unless damaged
Damaged or wrong products
If you receive a damaged product, defective product, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, product photos, and packaging photos.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after review.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size issues, subject to stock availability, damaged items, and wrong products delivered.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Customized products may require 3-7 business days before dispatch.
Estimated delivery
- Hyderabad: 1-2 business days
- Telangana and Andhra Pradesh: 2-4 business days
- Rest of India: 3-7 business days
Delivery times may vary during festivals, holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on delivery location, package weight, promotions, or free shipping offers.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking ID, courier details, and estimated delivery information will be updated in your account order history.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
